I remember when my parents bought their first home in West Valley City back in 2001. We were actually the first home on that block! My dad proudly installed the grass while my sister and I ran around the front yard, my mom yelling to make sure we did not get any mud in the house. Good times!

They chose that house for many reasons, one of them being that the elementary school was walking distance from our home, which is important for most families with children. As they both had jobs and we would often walk to school in a pack of 4, 5 kids to make it on time. A couple of years later they finally built a park in that community which was awesome for the summertime!

There were so many good memories in that house: parties, weddings, movie nights. Thinking back now, we were very fortunate to grow up in such a loving home. For most people, real estate will be the biggest transaction of their lives, and it will have a great impact on their families!
